We researched social behaviour, call quality expectations, and how people adopt AI helpers in everyday conversations. We prioritized clarity and speed: clear message flows, effortless access to calls and group features, and a subtle AI experience that enhances not interrupts the conversation. We prototyped and tested interactions to ensure calls and chats feel instantaneous and the AI suggestions are relevant and contextual.
